Here, new soldiers can learn about historical documents, images, and artifacts about the fighting and growth process of the armed forces of Quang Ninh province during the resistance wars for national liberation and in carrying out the task of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

New soldiers were introduced and visited the Traditional House of the Quang Ninh Provincial Armed Forces.

Through the study, the soldiers also understood more about the heroic tradition of the nation, the tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army and the tradition of "Solidarity - Creativity - Indomitable - Loyalty - Victory" of the armed forces of Quang Ninh province, the unit twice awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces by the Party and State, especially the heroic sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers to bring independence to the Fatherland and peace to the people.

Through learning, soldiers also understand more about the heroic tradition of the nation, the tradition of the heroic Vietnam People's Army.

Througheducation , the aim is to help new soldiers better understand the traditions, the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations so that the soldiers will see more clearly the honor and pride of becoming a soldier in the Vietnam People's Army. From there, the new soldiers strive to study, cultivate, train, and gradually mature in the Army environment, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, worthy of the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers.
