For Party committees of communes, wards, and special zones under provincial level: Men born from July 1968 onwards, women born from March 1972 onwards (in case female cadres are allowed to retire at the age of 60 according to the law, they must be born from July 1970 onwards).
For commune-level police chiefs, they must have at least 5 years (60 months) of remaining work time according to the regulations on retirement age stated in Law on People's Public Security (amended and supplemented in 2023).
For basic level: Male born from April 1968, female born from January 1972 onwards.
