Attending the conference, on the Central side were comrade Nguyen Quang Duong, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, and members of the Central Organizing Committee's working delegation; and leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.

On the side of Tuyen Quang province, there were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, localities...

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Quang Duong announced the Politburo's decision on personnel work. According to Decision No. 1621-QD/TW dated October 25, 2024 of the Politburo, the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Ha Thi Nga , member of the Party Central Committee, to cease holding the position of Party Secretary, President of the Vietnam Women's Union; transfer and assign her to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee congratulated the new Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. He emphasized that Comrade Ha Thi Nga is considered a female cadre with capacity, experience, scientific, democratic and decisive thinking and working methods. In the assigned positions, she has always completed her tasks excellently, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the locality and the agencies where she has worked. She was trusted by the Politburo to be assigned and entrusted with the important responsibility of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, a Party Committee with a rich revolutionary tradition, holding a very important position in the key economic region of the North and the whole country.

Comrade Le Minh Hung believes that with the accumulated experience, Comrade Ha Thi Nga, together with the leadership, the people, and the armed forces in the province, will unite and strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and doing a good job of preparing for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Regarding the role of the province, comrade Le Minh Hung emphasized that Tuyen Quang has an important strategic position in politics, national defense and security; it is the revolutionary homeland, the Resistance Capital. He congratulated the achievements of the province in the past time.

Comrade Le Minh Hung suggested that Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga, in her capacity as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, quickly work with comrades in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee to review the goals and targets set out in the resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, policies and resolutions of the Party, especially the direction of the Politburo, especially the speech of General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods, preventing corruption, waste and negativity; identify the driving forces to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth, an era of strong development.

He also noted the need to continue to streamline the apparatus to operate effectively and efficiently. In particular, streamlining the apparatus and organizing Party agencies to truly be the "general staff", the vanguard leading state agencies; developing productive forces, new production relations, creating strong momentum for development. Provincial leaders need to proactively innovate, be creative, and concretize guiding ideas in all fields. He also requested the province to focus on leading, directing and successfully organizing Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.

He hoped that the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee would continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's directives and resolutions; continue to innovate leadership methods, innovate, be creative, and concretize the Central's direction; and continue to effectively lead the implementation of socio-economic development tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Ha Thi Nga expressed her deep gratitude to the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for entrusting her with the important responsibility of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee; and thanked the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for their trust, support, and assistance in accepting the new responsibility. She affirmed: In her new position, she will work with the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to continuously strive to bring Tuyen Quang to continue to develop, affirming its position among the northern mountainous provinces, worthy of the tradition of the heroic revolutionary homeland and the trust of the Party Committee, government, and people of Tuyen Quang province.

In the immediate future, we will urgently implement solutions to overcome and rebuild the socio-economic activities damaged by storm No. 3; focus on leading the organization of Party congresses at all levels and the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, towards the 14th National Party Congress. In particular, we will focus on building directions and tasks to handle practical issues that have arisen so that Tuyen Quang can develop even more strongly.
