Also attending were Colonel Le Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, heads of the Command, heads of departments and offices; leaders and commanders of 26 districts, towns, cities and Regiment 762.

Implementing the policy of rearranging and adjusting the organization of local military agencies, recently, agencies and units in the provincial armed forces have proactively reviewed all infrastructure and facilities; military bases; defense land areas; forces subject to rearrangement and organization of local military agencies; weapons, equipment, technical means, etc.

At the conference, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command highly appreciated the initiative in implementing the review and preparation work for the reorganization of local military agencies, and at the same time, requested agencies and units to continue studying documents and instructions from all levels; do well in all preparatory work; grasp the thoughts and aspirations of soldiers, promptly resolve problems and issues that arise, avoid petitions and complaints. Manage weapons, equipment, technical means, facilities, bookkeeping systems, documents well and have a plan to store scientific data. Establish subcommittees to assist, guide and direct uniformly so that the work of organizing local military agencies achieves results, in line with the set direction and schedule.
