City Military Command visits and wishes Happy New Year to Salavan Provincial Military Command (Laos)

On the occasion of the traditional Lao New Year Bunpimay in 2025, on April 2, a delegation of the City Military Command led by Colonel Vo Van Tuan, Political Commissar of the City Military Command, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Salavan Provincial Military Command.

Colonel Vo Van Tuan sent New Year wishes to the officers and soldiers of the Salavan Provincial Military Command in particular, and the leaders of the government and people of the Salavan ethnic groups in general, wishing them to enter the new year with continued achievements and successfully carry out the tasks of economic, cultural, social, defense and security development.

At the same time, it demonstrates the solidarity and close, close bond between the armies of the two countries, contributing to promoting the long-standing comprehensive friendship between the two peoples. The leaders of the Salavan Provincial Military Command thanked the City Military Command for sending a delegation to visit and wish the officers and soldiers a Happy New Year. At the same time, they said that this action clearly demonstrated the solidarity and close bond between the Da Nang City Military Command and Salavan Province.

On this occasion, the City Military Command provided financial support to the Salavan Provincial Military Command to build infrastructure works with the amount of 1.5 billion VND; presented 60 gifts to poor families; provided medical examination and medicine to Lao ethnic people in NonSamLan village, Khong Xe Don district with a total amount of more than 1.8 billion VND.
