Binh Thuan organizes activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day

On April 19, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. at the lobby stage of the Provincial Cultural and Artistic Theater and Exhibition, the following activities will take place: Rally to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) combined with the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Binh Thuan homeland (April 19, 1975 - April 19, 2025); special art program and fireworks display on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Phan Thiet City.

During the series of activities from April 17 to 24, 2025, at the Provincial Theater and Exhibition of Culture and Arts, the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will organize a photo exhibition space combined with displaying and introducing commercial and tourism products with the theme: "Binh Thuan - 50 years of construction, innovation and development".

The program "Light candles in gratitude" to heroes and martyrs at the provincial martyrs' cemetery; launch activities "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remembering its source" among union members and youth in the whole province. Organize visits and give gifts to families with meritorious services, people with meritorious services to the revolution, single people, families in difficult circumstances; build and repair houses for families with meritorious services to the revolution, the poor...

These activities are a broad political activity among cadres, party members and people to review the tradition of steadfast revolutionary struggle of the Vietnamese people through two resistance wars against colonialism and imperialism; thereby educating and fostering national pride, striving to compete to fulfill the targets and plans for socio-economic development in 2025.

Through these activities, it is also an opportunity to introduce outstanding achievements in the fields of economy, politics, culture - society, national defense, security, Party building, and political system building in 50 years of construction and development of the locality, on that basis, to encourage all classes of people to continue promoting the cause of industrialization and modernization of the homeland.
