Binh Thuan: More than 12,000 delegates attended the National Conference to disseminate the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

The conference was held live from the central bridge at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House; combined online to 21,000 bridges at Provincial Party Committees, City Party Committees, Central Party Committees; central departments, ministries, branches, public service units and district and commune-level bridges nationwide, with more than 1.5 million participants.

General Secretary To Lam attended and gave a speech at the Central Conference. Also attending at the Central Conference were Politburo members: President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

In Binh Thuan, the conference was connected to 281 points in the whole province with over 12,200 delegates attending. Attending at the Binh Thuan provincial point were comrade Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrade Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; comrade Do Huu Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; key officials at all levels of the Party Committee, agencies, units, and localities in the whole province.

According to the program, at the Conference, delegates will listen to 3 topics. Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister, conveyed and thoroughly grasped the topic "On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; new points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; new points in the draft Political Report; new points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030".

The topic "On amending the Constitution and laws; directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term" was delivered by Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man.

The topic "On continuing to streamline the organization, making it efficient, effective and efficient; amending and supplementing regulations on implementing the Party Charter; Directive amending Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 and Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW, dated January 18, 2025 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term" was delivered by Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung.

These are all extremely important contents that the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee discussed and commented on. After this conference, Party committees, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches and localities continued to disseminate, propagate and implement the contents of the documents of the 11th Central Conference in localities, agencies and units. From there, it created unity within the Party and consensus among the people.
