Sun Group has just been approved by Binh Thuan province to become the investor of the new commercial and service urban area Ham Tien - Mui Ne, a coastal urban area.
On the afternoon of March 6, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province had a working session and signed a memorandum of understanding with Sun Group on strategic cooperation in tourism investment and development.

This is an activity to implement the direction of the Central Government and the Government to strive for double-digit growth by 2025 and implement the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.
According to the current leaders of Binh Thuan province, Sun Group has been approved to become the investor of the new commercial and service urban area Ham Tien - Mui Ne from the end of 2024.
Through the signing ceremony, the Standing Committee of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee hopes that Sun Group will continue to research and invest in many new projects, in accordance with the provincial planning and the group's advantages.
The Memorandum of Understanding on strategic investment development cooperation signed between the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province and Sun Group is of great significance, helping to exploit existing strengths and potentials, promoting the advantages of both sides, contributing to socio-economic development, making Binh Thuan a key province in the region in terms of tourism and services.
Mr. Do Huu Huy, Chairman of Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Sun Group Corporation.
Mr. Dang Minh Truong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sun Group, said that the group is committed to accompanying and continuing to invite experts and reputable consulting units to contribute and propose ideas.
Orientation to develop a tourism, resort, entertainment ecosystem, with a systematic and synchronous traffic infrastructure, contributing to making Binh Thuan province a worthy national and international destination.
"We are committed to devoting all resources to creating quality - classy - unique projects in Binh Thuan. The projects not only contribute to changing the appearance, upgrading the infrastructure system, services, beautifying the land but also aim to improve the quality of life for local people and promote the beauty of Binh Thuan to the world", Mr. Dang Minh Truong affirmed.
The Memorandum of Understanding is the initial condition for Binh Thuan province and Sun Group to work together, promote investment opportunities, and develop projects in potential areas in the locality.
Also according to the agreement, when implementing, Binh Thuan province commits to support, guide and accompany investors in carrying out legal procedures, ensuring the fastest and simplest settlement in accordance with current legal regulations.
It is known that after signing the memorandum of understanding, Sun Group prioritizes resources to conduct research, survey, and build projects with rich tourism potential such as: Phan Thiet City, Ham Thuan Nam District, Bac Binh District, Tuy Phong District.
