The process of implementing the land acquisition ensures fairness, publicity and democracy. In particular, the town has always paid attention to promptly resolving the opinions and recommendations of the people. Up to now, the town has handed over the land of 8 projects: The land auction area of ​​the South Railway (3.2 ha) and the urban areas: Tay Binh My (29 ha); Bac Binh My (11 ha)... Along with accelerating land acquisition for construction projects, according to the report of the Steering Committee for civilized urban construction, investment and construction work in Binh My area in recent years has always received special attention.

During the 5-year period (2020 - 2025), the town has invested in 28 projects with a total investment of more than 290 billion VND. The traffic system has been built to connect smoothly between localities in the area. In the area, there are 36 roads paved with asphalt or concrete; 14/14 main roads have achieved the status of civilized urban streets; 152/152 roads and alleys have been installed with lighting systems. On the roads and public areas, suitable green trees are planted to ensure compliance with standards. In 2024 alone, the total investment capital demand will reach 84 billion 420 million VND; In which, the proposed capital source for support from superiors accounts for over 53%, the local budget accounts for nearly 25.5%, people contribute more than 15%, the rest is from other sources.

In 2024, the town will prioritize funding for purchasing equipment and building a central cultural house on an area of ​​about one thousand square meters, with a hall size of 472 seats. At the same time, upgrade, repair, and build 13 new cultural houses in villages and residential groups; renovate, plant flowers and trees, ensure environmental sanitation; renovate the district stadium into a flower garden and green park in the central area. Build sidewalks on central roads and complete school facilities, especially multi-purpose buildings for junior high schools, primary schools A and B. To date, 6/6 schools (Kindergarten A, Kindergarten B, Primary schools A, B, Nguyen Khuyen Secondary and High Schools) have met the facility standards prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training. 100% of schools are recognized as meeting national standards, of which Binh My town secondary school meets national standards level 1, 5 schools meet national standards level 2.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Tuan, Chairman of Binh My Town People's Committee, said: Currently, the town has completed 9/9 criteria, 52/52 civilized urban indicators and has been recognized as meeting civilized urban standards. To basically complete the infrastructure to meet the criteria of a type IV urban area, the town continues to mobilize resources for construction and urban embellishment. In particular, capital is used to serve the development of a synchronous and modern infrastructure system; focusing on technical infrastructure of new urban areas.
