– On the afternoon of May 30, the Steering Committee for Crime Prevention, Social Evils and Building the Movement of All People Protecting National Security (Steering Committee 138) of Binh Gia district held a launching ceremony for the model of "Fire prevention and fighting and rescue cooperation between Na Tan village, Thien Hoa commune, Binh Gia district (Lang Son) and Sac Sai village, Cu Le commune, Na Ri district (Bac Kan) in the movement of All People Protecting National Security", associated with humanitarian and charitable activities.
Leaders of Binh Gia District Police presented fire prevention and fighting equipment to members of the joint team.
The joint team has 25 members, of which Na Tan village has 15 members, Sac Sai village has 10 members including the village chief, police officer, head of the front work committee and unions, members, union members, and citizens of the villages. According to the coordination regulations, the members of the team have the following tasks: advising the Party Committee, government, and commune police, coordinating with unions and socio-political organizations to organize the dissemination and education of laws to raise people's awareness of fire prevention and fighting, especially forest fire prevention and fighting, organizing rescue when they occur in border areas, ensuring the 4-on-the-spot motto; reviewing and mobilizing people to prepare equipment, tools, and means to participate in fire prevention and fighting and rescue, etc.
Representatives of the two villages signed the regulations for coordination in implementing the model of Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Team.
It is known that Na Tan and Sac Sai villages have many similarities in natural conditions, social culture, in which they are adjacent to each other by 3.5km of forest road, every year people on both sides often organize clearing and burning of vegetation to plant forests, which is potentially at risk of fire. Therefore, the establishment of the above model is important in preventing and strengthening the connection between people of the two villages when an incident occurs.

At the launching ceremony, the Provincial Police, Binh Gia District Police, Na Ri District Police and Quang Hieu Motorbike One Member Co., Ltd., Lang Son City presented gifts to the members of the association.
At the same time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented 20 gifts, and Binh Gia District Police presented 30 gifts to students and families in difficult circumstances in Thien Hoa Commune, Binh Gia District and Cu Le Commune, Na Ri District.
During the program, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police Department instructed on how to use and organized practice using fire fighting equipment for members of the joint team; Hospital 198 of the Ministry of Public Security organized eye examinations for 110 people in Thien Hoa commune, of which 30 cases were treated for eye diseases for free.
Members of the fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue team of 2 villages participated in practicing the use of fire fighting equipment.
