According to the agreement, the two sides will coordinate to implement cooperation activities in consulting on strategic development, planning, long-term, medium-term and short-term plans in the tourism sector; cooperate in investing in building new tourism products and services in Binh Dinh and regional linkage products.

The two sides also increased cooperation in domestic and international tourism promotion activities; cooperated in organizing tourism festivals and culinary culture events; cooperated in training human resources for the tourism industry of Binh Dinh province and other specific plans agreed upon by the two sides.

On the side of Saigontourist Group, the group will assign Saigontourist Travel Service Company to strengthen cooperation with units and partners in Binh Dinh province to invest in building new tourism products and services, products connecting localities in the province and linking regions with the aim of developing tourism in Binh Dinh; promoting the exploitation of visitors from localities to Binh Dinh and exploiting visitors in Binh Dinh province.
Regarding training, Saigontourist Group assigned Saigontourist College of Tourism and Hospitality and member units of Saigontourist Group to continue to coordinate with schools and centers in Binh Dinh to train, coach and foster in the field of tourism and tourism profession; create conditions for local students to participate in internships; place training orders and prioritize recruiting human resources trained according to the development needs of Saigontourist Group.
Attracting tourists to Binh Dinh
During the cooperation period from 2023-2025, Binh Dinh province will apply specific policies to facilitate Saigontourist Group in the process of investing, researching and developing local tourism products and programs as well as investing in developing new tourism products and services to attract visitors to Binh Dinh; support Saigontourist Group in activities related to the organization and implementation of tourism activities, exploiting tourist sources in the province, and project investment activities in Binh Dinh province.

In addition, Binh Dinh province will prioritize the use of domestic and international tour products and routes organized by Saigontourist - Quy Nhon travel branch, Saigontourist Travel Service Company and products and services at hotels, resorts, restaurants, entertainment areas, etc. belonging to Saigontourist Group.
