On February 23, 2024, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 31/KH-UBND on coordinating the organization of Communication activities for the UIM F1H20 International Professional Powerboat Race and UIM-ABP AQUABIKE Binh Dinh Grand Prix 2024.
Accordingly, the UIM F1H2O International Professional Powerboat Race and UIM – ABP AQUABIKE Grand Prix of Binh Dinh 2024 will take place from March 22, 2024 to March 31, 2024 at Marina - Thi Nai Bay, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. In order to contribute to effectively implementing the tasks assigned by the Government, promoting diplomacy, expanding cultural, sports, tourism and international cooperation through the Race event, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province coordinates with Binh Dinh F1 Joint Stock Company to organize the Race, specifically: - The UIM-ABP AQUABIKE Powerboat Race takes place from March 22 to 24, 2024, with about 70 racers from 30 countries around the world participating in the competition. - The UIM F1H2O International Professional Powerboat Race takes place from March 29 to 31, 2024, with the special highlight of this Race being the Binh Dinh - Vietnam powerboat team, representing the host country competing with about 9 teams from countries developing this sport such as: China, Saudi Arabia, France, Finland, Turkey... - The Amazing Binh Dinh Fest Week with 2 events: opening and closing ceremony will be organized grandly, impressively, and uniquely with the participation of leaders of the Party, State, People and domestic and foreign tourists; famous stars will take place on the evening of March 22 and March 31 and broadcast live on Vietnam Television. - Throughout the series of racing events, there will be sideline events accompanying the goal of attracting tourists; promote foreign investment attraction, specifically: + The first Binh Dinh Traditional Boat Race and Stand-up Paddleboarding Open in 2024 will take place from March 25 to 27, this is an important content of the event program before the international motorboat race in Binh Dinh; about 250 - 300 athletes are expected to participate, including: Athletes in the province and athletes from provinces and cities across the country and foreigners working and living in Vietnam; Binh Dinh Provincial Cross-Country Race in response to the Olympic Running Day for the health of all people on the morning of March 28; + Binh Dinh Food Festival will take place from March 22 to 24, with the highlight being the "Buffer 77 specialties of Binh Dinh" party (opening on March 22), Michelin chef promotion program (on April 23); + Cultural and artistic activities will take place in the evenings from March 23 to March 31, with some highlights such as: Amazing Binh Dinh Fest; street music activities; Binh Dinh martial arts night; Street carnival; International music night with world-famous stars; Aquabike show performance... + Sideline activities of the Race such as: Binh Dinh province investment promotion conference; Gala meeting investors; Information and propaganda conference with foreign news agencies and newspapers in Vietnam... ./.
