Regarding the above incident, on April 22, information from the leader of the Department of Education and Training of An Nhon town (Binh Dinh) said that they had grasped the initial information. Currently, they are asking the school to report the incident.
According to initial information, the incident occurred on April 16, the victim was TAM, a student in class 8A3 at Nhon Hanh Secondary School; the person who abused M. was NKL (also from Nhon Hanh commune), a student in class 11A1 at Hoa Binh High School. The incident occurred at a snack shop in front of Nhon Hanh Secondary School.

The incident was recorded by the restaurant's security camera. At first, M. and L. were sitting and talking. Then, L. stood up, grabbed M.'s hair, and hit her head and face several times, causing M. to fall backwards from the chair onto the floor. Not stopping there, L. then continued to beat M., but some male students intervened.
Also the leader of the Department of Education and Training of An Nhon town, the incident had previously been reported to the police by the family and is currently in the process of being handled.
As Tien Phong reported, recently, in Binh Dinh province, there have been a number of cases of female students fighting, causing public outrage.
Previously, on March 23, a fight between female students also occurred in An Nhon town. According to the recorded clip, a female student was beaten and assaulted by two other female students. The group of female students appearing in the clip are secondary school students at schools in the area.
Similarly, on April 12, at an empty lot near the foot of De Gi bridge (in Cat Khanh town, Phu Cat district), a female student was also assaulted by her friends in the middle of the street. Upon verification, the students were also of school age.
Immediately after the information was reported, on April 21, the leaders of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with An Nhon Town People's Committee and Phu Cat District People's Committee to check the information content; strictly handle the responsibilities of related groups and individuals (if any), and report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee before May 5.
