Binh Dinh organizes international professional motorboat racing tournament for the second time

On February 14, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, received and worked with the delegation of the Organizing Committee of the UIM F1H2O World Championship international professional motorboat racing tournament.

At the meeting, the two sides reached an agreement that Binh Dinh province will continue to be one of the locations participating in organizing the UIM F1H2O World Championship in 2025, taking place from May 1 to 3.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, welcomed the delegation of the Organizing Committee of the UIM F1H2O World Championship.

This year's race features 10 teams from 13 countries around the world (21 competing boats) and will be held in rotation in 6-7 countries around the world.

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan said that Binh Dinh has prepared and provided infrastructure to meet the needs of the races. He also expressed his hope that the Organizing Committee will continue to promote the F1H2O race more strongly so that tourists and people from other countries can know and watch at all tournament venues, as well as create connections, cooperation and sharing between tournament venues.

Binh Dinh Province reached an agreement to host the UIM F1H2O World Championship for the second time.

Sharing at the meeting, Mr. Raimondo di San Germano, CEO of H2O Racing, congratulated the 2024 racing champion of the F1H2O Binh Dinh - Vietnam racing team.

According to Mr. Raimondo di San Germano, the successful organization of the F1H2O tournament in Thi Nai lagoon (Quy Nhon city) by Binh Dinh province is considered a new point in the history of the UIM F1H2O World Championship. This is an important step, demonstrating H2O Racing's commitment to expanding the scope of water sports and bringing new experiences to both racers and spectators at home and abroad.

The F1H2O Organizing Committee continues to support Binh Dinh - Vietnam in the long term in participating in organizing this race. In addition, it is committed to continuing to promote Binh Dinh's image to the world through international media networks and live broadcasts of the tournament in Quy Nhon - Binh Dinh.
