Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport ceased to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Transport. Transferred to work at the Hoai An District Party Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoai An District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 from December 2, 2024, introduced to elect additional position of Chairman of the Hoai An District People's Committee for term 2021 - 2026.
