Recognizing excellent and creative workers in the period 2020

Individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 were awarded certificates of merit by the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has launched many practical emulation movements, closely following the professional and practical tasks of the locality. Typical examples include the movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind"... Emulation campaigns are launched regularly, linked to political tasks, promptly praising and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals. In the period of 2020 - 2025, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies launched 52 emulation campaigns, commending 512 collectives and 1,135 individuals; building advanced models for 41 collectives and 135 individuals.

Thanks to the vibrant emulation movements, the branch has successfully completed the assigned targets and tasks. The total capital as of March 31, 2025 reached over VND 5,541 billion, an average increase of 13.2% per year compared to the end of 2020. Of which, the capital received for investment trust in the locality reached over VND 316 billion, accounting for 5.71% of the total capital, an increase of more than VND 267.5 billion. The total outstanding debt reached over VND 5,532 billion, the loan process and procedures were convenient, meeting the needs of poor households and policy beneficiaries. Credit quality is increasingly improving, the overdue debt ratio decreased to 0.05%, the whole branch has 103 communes, wards and towns with no overdue debt. The rate of savings and loan groups classified as good and fair reached over 99.2%. The disbursement, debt collection and interest collection rates at commune transaction points all reached over 97%.

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the branch has disbursed more than 3,161 billion VND to nearly 27,000 poor households, nearly 24,000 near-poor households, and over 14,000 newly escaped poverty households; supported job creation for more than 32,000 workers; helped 559 students in difficult circumstances to continue studying; supported over 98,000 households to build and renovate clean water and sanitation facilities. Policy credit capital has been deployed effectively and to the right subjects, contributing to helping more than 5,600 households borrow capital to escape poverty in the period of 2020 - 2025.

With its contributions to the implementation of poverty reduction and social security goals in the province, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the Hoa Binh Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has been awarded many emulation titles and rewards by authorities at all levels. Typically, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam awarded certificates of merit to 13 collectives and 34 individuals; awarded the "For the Cause of Vietnam Banking" Medal to 45 individuals; the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective to 26 collectives; awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level to 81 individuals and awarded certificates of merit to 32 collectives, 254 individuals, etc.

On this occasion, the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies announced the decision of the General Director of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to award certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 17 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
