On the morning of August 11, the Provincial Police Department coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation (LDLĐ) to organize a conference to commend typical advanced workers, civil servants, and laborers with outstanding achievements in the movement "All people protect national security (ANTQ)" in the period of 2018 - 2023.
The report and speeches at the conference stated: Over the past 5 years, closely following the direction of the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Provincial Police and the Provincial Confederation of Labor have proactively built and regularly maintained a coordinated relationship in implementing advisory work with Party committees and authorities at all levels on many solutions to ensure security and order.
The two units have coordinated to organize 3,022 sessions to propagate, guide and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, attracting 164,654 union officials and members to participate; coordinated to organize 1,626 dialogues between leaders of Party committees, authorities, employers and workers; mobilized nearly 11,000 union officials at all levels to participate in Party, government, and union building and crime and social evil prevention; advised, guided, built and maintained the implementation of 83 models responding to the movement "All people protect national security" operating effectively in agencies, enterprises and localities.
Among them, some typical models are: "Cultural - clean and beautiful workers' housing area, ensuring security and order"; "Self-managed workers' groups and teams on security and order"; "Self-managed urban construction workers' groups on security and order"; "Self-managed workers' groups in boarding houses"... Through participating in maintaining the operation of the models, cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers have provided over 2,000 sources of information, helping the authorities investigate and discover hundreds of criminal cases, contributing to ensuring good security and order at the grassroots level, effectively serving the task of socio-economic development of the locality.
Regarding tasks and solutions in the coming time, the two units continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the directives and resolutions of the Party, the State, the Ministry of Public Security, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the province on ensuring security and order. Innovate the content, diversify the forms of propaganda and education, raise awareness, revolutionary spirit and responsibility for cadres, union members, workers, civil servants and laborers; coordinate to grasp the situation at the grassroots level to orient public opinion and promptly inform about the activities of hostile forces and all types of crimes.
Actively coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, and units to promptly resolve incidents related to security and order, prevent the emergence of "hot spots" of security and order, and contribute to building a safe and secure working environment right from the grassroots level. Coordinate in building, consolidating, and developing core forces at the grassroots level, focusing on organizing, mobilizing, and guiding cadres, civil servants, employees, and people to participate in denouncing crimes and social evils. Regularly coordinate to do a good job of exchanging information, organizing training and fostering for union officials at all levels; periodically organize preliminary and final summaries, commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in coordination activities, creating motivation to promote the movement.
On this occasion, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the movement "All people protect national security" in the period of 2018 - 2023 were commended by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Director of the Provincial Police Department and the Provincial Labor Federation./.
