Cua Lo, one of the cleanest and bluest beaches in Vietnam, is currently in its peak tourist season. Not only famous for its gently sloping beach, fine sand, and clear blue water, Cua Lo beach is also attracting investment like a new magnet.

Infrastructure and prime location attract investors.

Cua Lo Beach is only a 15-minute drive from Vinh City, and even for jogging, it's not a long distance now that the Vinh-Cua Lo highway is completed. The advantages of being a coastal city have sparked much investment interest, with not only large investors but also many residents wishing to own a plot of land or an apartment for their families to enjoy the beach and relax during the summer.

That idea has caused land prices in the coastal area of Cua Lo to increase. The legitimate investment demand from the people is a good motivation for investors to seek opportunities here.

The Cua Lo Town Business - Trade - Tourism - Apartment Complex Project (also known as Cua Lo Beach Villa Area) is located in a prime location with four facades facing Binh Minh Boulevard and the 72m road - a vital transportation artery. The project connects directly to the center of Vinh City, the airport, and major tourist destinations.
