In addition to providing home loan products through traditional counter channels, BIDV has developed the BIDV Home 3.0 application - a mobile platform for home loans, designed to be user-friendly and integrated with an automated loan origination system (RLOS) to digitize and automate the loan process, reduce loan processing time, help customers save costs, and minimize environmental impact.

With BIDV Home, customers can easily search for suitable projects and apartments through a network of projects/developers that meet "green" criteria, while also registering and completing loan procedures easily. In 2023, the number of new BIDV Home users increased by approximately 100%, with 80% of loans coming from housing needs.

BIDV Home has become an all-in-one application with a closed-loop process from product and supplier sourcing to loan calculation and disbursement, all aimed at developing consumption/business of "green," environmentally friendly products, connecting with and sharing responsibility with customers for environmental protection with the community and society.

During the period of 2025-2030, BIDV Home will become one of the pillars in BIDV's digital transformation of retail lending operations, contributing to minimizing loan application processes and procedures compared to traditional methods, and increasing customer experience and satisfaction.

With this victory, BIDV becomes the first bank in Vietnam to be honored five times by The Asian Banker in the category of Best Housing Loan Product in Vietnam.
