Veteran Nguyen Van Hoang was born in 1948, directly participated in the battle in the Southern battlefield, was awarded the title "Brave American Destroyer", and was a 4/4 class disabled veteran. Veteran Nguyen Van Hoang's family is in difficult circumstances, living in a level 4 house that has seriously degraded, not ensuring safety during storms. In that situation, with the support of the provincial and local Veterans Association, the 40m2 house, with a construction cost of nearly 300 million VND, was completed after 2 months of construction.
