Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan thanked the Board of Directors for their agreement, support, and facilitation of the establishment of a Party organization in the enterprise. At the same time, she hoped that the company would continue to create favorable conditions in terms of time, location, and policies for the Party cell to perform its functions and tasks well; widely disseminate to FDI enterprises in the area about the establishment of a Party organization in the enterprise according to the policy of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Vinh Phuc province will create all conditions to support and join hands for the prosperous development of the business community in the province; contributing to the overall development of the province.
Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan requested the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee to promptly direct and guide the Party cell to improve its organization and develop working regulations, in which it is necessary to specify the relationship between the Party cell and the company's Board of Directors to remove difficulties and obstacles, improve production and business efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
Along with that, the Party cell needs to closely coordinate with the Trade Union organization, promptly resolve arising issues, avoid illegal strikes and work stoppages; lead the organization of emulation movements for good workers, improve labor productivity, material and spiritual life for workers; effectively carry out the work of creating sources and developing Party members, strive to annually recruit many new Party members and build the Party organization to become stronger in both quantity and quality.

Reporting to Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan and the working delegation at the working session on the company's production and business activities, the representative of Jahwa Vina Company Limited said that the company was established and started operating in August 2007, specializing in the production of electronic components.
Currently, the company creates jobs for more than 3,000 workers, with an average income of more than 8 million VND/month. The company's Board of Directors thanks the province for its attention, direction, support, and facilitation for the company to develop production and business. The company's leaders also request the province to continue to support and help the company to develop further.
