Provincial leaders always listen, acknowledge and accept the opinions of female members to have appropriate orientations and solutions, creating conditions for the development of the Association's activities.

Regarding current cybercrimes, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this is an issue that is happening every day in life, and that the victims of fraud are not just women; he suggested that specialized agencies need to increase propaganda about fraudulent behaviors, tricks, and methods so that women can be more vigilant.

In reality, over the past many years, the reception and recruitment of children of college and university graduates into the political system has encountered difficulties. The Provincial Party Secretary said that the province is implementing the Politburo's Resolution on streamlining the payroll, so the provincial leaders share the common difficulties on this issue. "However, we do not necessarily have to work in agencies in the political system but can work in all other professions in society, as long as we do not violate the law and can contribute knowledge and skills to the development of the locality and the country" - the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized.

Regarding the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, comrade Ho Van Nien affirmed that the policy is appropriate, but there will be support solutions and reasonable arrangements to ensure the rights, stability and promote the role of the Association's staff after the arrangement.

Regarding the work of female cadres, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that this is an area that the entire political system pays special attention to. At the provincial level, the proportion of female cadres is currently over 15% and at the district level over 20%. This spirit will still be emphasized in the next term. The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that after the restructuring and streamlining of the apparatus, although the district level will no longer exist, the number of Party Executive Committee members at the commune level in the new term will be greater. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange and assign women to the Standing Committee at the commune level, especially the standing unit.

In the work of female cadres, in addition to the attention of local Party committees and authorities, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized the role of attention and advice of Women's Unions at all levels.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Standing Committee presented 20 gifts (worth 2.5 million VND/gift) to members who are policy beneficiaries, poor women, disabled women, single women and women in especially difficult circumstances.
