On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the establishment of the first Party cell of Thanh Hoa province (June 25, 1930 - June 25, 2024) and attending the conference to collect voters' opinions on merging Dong Son district into Thanh Hoa city, establishing Rung Thong ward in Thanh Hoa city, on the morning of June 1, the provincial working delegation led by comrade Do Trong Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, came to offer flowers and incense at the Ham Ha historical revolutionary relic cluster, Rung Thong town (Dong Son) - where the first Party cell of Thanh Hoa province was established.

Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; leaders of provincial and Dong Son district departments and agencies.

94 years ago, on June 25, 1930, under the leadership of the Northern Regional Party Committee, Ham Ha Party Cell - the first Party Cell in Thanh Hoa was established in Ham Ha village, Kim Khe commune, now Ham Ha quarter, Rung Thong town (Dong Son).

The establishment of Ham Ha Party Cell was a brilliant milestone in the revolutionary movement in Dong Son before the August Revolution; at the same time, it was the foundation for the establishment of Dong Son District Party Committee in particular and Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee in general. This was also the place that witnessed many important revolutionary activities in the early period of the resistance war.

Following the tradition and example of previous generations, the Party Committee, government, army and people of all ethnic groups in Thanh Hoa province vow to unite and be determined to follow the path chosen by the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, overcome all difficulties and challenges, continue to promote the achievements, seize opportunities, develop the economy and society quickly and stably; strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, making Thanh Hoa a growth pole in the development quadrangle in the North of the Fatherland; become a model province as beloved Uncle Ho always wished, worthy of the heroic revolutionary tradition of the homeland.
