The delegation included Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Council Do Tan Kiet; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc; Secretary of Thoai Son District Party Committee Thai Minh Hien and leaders of departments and branches of Thoai Son district.

Specifically, the delegation visited: Mr. Le Huu Ky (Le Tien, born in 1929, residing in Dong Son hamlet, Nui Sap town); Ms. Duong Thi Banh (born in 1948, residing in Bac Son hamlet, Nui Sap town); Mr. Le Cam Truyen (born in 1949, residing in Phu Hoa town); Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Bay (born in 1935, originally from Duc My, Cang Long district, Tra Vinh province, currently residing in Vong Dong commune, Thoai Son district).

At the places visited, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang and the delegation kindly asked about and encouraged the health and lives of the families, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions of the previous generation who participated in liberating the South, unifying the country, contributing to bringing independence and freedom to the nation.
