Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai and leaders of Hanoi attended the rehearsal of the national celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024) at the National Convention Center.

Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai and the delegation inspected the contents and organization; conducted a general rehearsal of the celebration program. At the same time, they met with agencies, units, and forces to learn from experience and direct the implementation of tasks before, during, and after the celebration.
