On the evening of September 12, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2024, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee - visited and presented gifts to children at facility 3, Hanoi Social Protection Center 3 (Nguyen Hoang Street, Nam Tu Liem District).

Visiting the Center's facilities, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai acknowledged and highly appreciated the Center's staff with the love of a father and mother and the responsibility of a cadre and party member who wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly cared for and helped children overcome difficult circumstances, grow up and mature.
Sharing the city's biggest concern at present, the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee said that the entire city is mobilizing all forces to prevent and fight floods and overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in the spirit of solidarity, joint efforts, unanimity, love and mutual support.

Presenting meaningful gifts to the Center and the children here, Secretary Bui Thi Minh Hoai expressed her wish that the Center's staff will always be healthy and happy, continue to do better in the tasks assigned by the City; care for, nurture the elderly and children in special circumstances with all their love and dedication to always be worthy of being a peaceful and warm home.
Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai wished the children at the Center to always be healthy, happy, obedient, study well and be worthy of the love of their fathers and mothers at the Center. Later, the children will grow up and become useful citizens to society.
It is known that Hanoi Social Protection Center 3 (Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) has been operating for 32 years and currently has 3 facilities caring for 150 people under social protection. Accordingly, facilities 1 and 2 are caring for and raising 60 lonely elderly people, the oldest of whom is 106 years old. Facility 3 is caring for and raising 88 abandoned children, orphans and children without a source of support, the youngest child is only 3 months old. Along with being cared for and raised attentively, the children are also able to attend public schools in Nam Tu Liem district; children from 16 years old are given vocational training.
