To foster the spirit of innovation, he believes that the role of the state and schools is needed, in which the intrinsic aspirations of businesses are important and sustainable. According to Dr. Gian Tu Trung, business is making money by serving society, through good products and services of businesses in general, and innovative businesses in particular.
Experts, startups, businessmen, etc. also frankly shared and gave opinions to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh City on issues related to the environment, traffic, and policies to support the business community in the field of innovation.
In addition to the efforts of businesses, opinions say that support from the Ho Chi Minh City government is needed, through specific support policies such as planning and goals for each field.
Some other businesses are interested in the environmental field and recommend that the city needs to build a vision in building green infrastructure for transportation to ensure that the green transportation transition does not lag behind the world's development.

He proposed that Ho Chi Minh City should first focus on converting in the group of freight transport enterprises.
Regarding attracting human resources for the field of innovation, Mr. Nguyen Ba Diep, Vice President of MoMo, suggested that the city needs to be more specific in its policies to support innovative startups, especially policies to attract and develop human resources. The Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee emphasized that the city is concretizing Resolution 98 of the National Assembly, with many mechanisms and policies related to science and technology development, leading to innovative startups.
