Nam Dinh Party Secretary Pham Gia Tuc appointed Deputy Chief of the Central Office

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, was appointed and transferred to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, according to the decision of the Politburo.
On the afternoon of November 12, the Party Central Office announced the Politburo's decision on personnel work. According to this decision, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc will cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The Politburo decided to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Pham Gia Tuc to the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office. Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Tran Cam Tu, said that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc is a capable and experienced cadre, who has received basic training, matured from the grassroots level, and has been trained in leadership positions in many different localities, agencies, and units. In all his positions, Mr. Tuc has always strived, trained, and completed his assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of the agencies and units. According to the Standing Secretariat, the Party Central Office is an advisory and assisting agency of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, directly the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Standing Subcommittee for the Organization of the 14th Congress and the implementation of important projects. Therefore, the collective leadership of the Party Central Office needs to thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, policies, and resolutions of the Party, especially the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership and governance methods. The Standing Secretariat believes that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc will quickly take over and approach the work with the collective leadership of the Office, departments, bureaus, and units of the Party Central Office, and excellently fulfill the assigned tasks. In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office Pham Gia Tuc promised to always improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, make more efforts to overcome all difficulties and challenges, inherit and promote the traditions and valuable experiences of the Party Central Office officials through the periods. Mr. Pham Gia Tuc also emphasized his determination to promptly grasp the assigned work, unite with the leaders, officials, civil servants, and employees of the Party Central Office, and effectively perform the tasks, increasingly better meeting the high requirements and great responsibilities of the Party agency. Mr. Pham Gia Tuc was born in 1965, from Nam Dinh. He has a Master's degree in public administration and a Bachelor's degree in economics. Mr. Tuc has held many positions such as Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission. In April 2021, Mr. Tuc was mobilized, assigned, and appointed by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
