Tran Nhu Ngoc was born with hydrocephalus, and her body and health are not as good as her peers. Going to school is even more difficult because her mother is also old and cannot ride a bike, and her family's circumstances are extremely difficult.

The story written by Tuoi Tre about teacher Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa volunteering to take Tran Nhu Ngoc to class touched the hearts of readers. From the article, the secretary of Hoa Vang district connected with and helped the child and visited and praised teacher Hoa.
