Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Agencies, wrote a request for early retirement.
On January 7, the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee announced that Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies, had written a request for early retirement.
In the coming time, the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Agencies will end its activities to establish two new Party Committees under the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, which are the Party Committee of Party Agencies, Mass Organizations, Councils and Judiciary and the Party Committee of the Government Bloc.
To make the reorganization process go smoothly, recently Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, the head of this agency, voluntarily wrote a letter of request for early retirement even though she still had 3 years left before the end of her working term.
During more than 31 years of working, Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh, as the head of the Party Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Agencies, has led and directed the Party Committee of the Agencies with more than 5,000 party members and 63 affiliated party committees to effectively carry out all tasks and complete the political targets and tasks of the sector, agency and unit.
