Accordingly, at around 4:00 p.m. on March 31, Mr. Pham Anh (53 years old, Quang Ngai province), a fisherman on fishing boat QNg 95255 TS, while fishing near Thuyen Chai island, was hit in the head by a falling bottle, causing him to briefly lose consciousness, have a headache, feel dizzy, and bleed profusely from the top of his head.

At noon on April 1, the patient was taken to Truong Sa Island Infirmary by fishing boat QNg 95255 TS for emergency treatment in a conscious state, able to communicate, headache, dizziness, no nausea, bleeding on the top of the head, a 15cm long skin wound on the top of the head, many foreign objects (sand), exposed skull base... Doctors diagnosed the patient with a concussion, a wound on the top of the head due to a work accident; performed a skull X-ray, treated the wound on the top of the head and emergency treatment measures. The prognosis is at risk of infection of the head wound, progressive brain damage.

Currently, the patient continues to be treated at the island infirmary, closely monitoring vision, vital signs, headache, and wound condition; closely monitoring the patient's condition, promptly reporting any abnormalities.
