The patient is Mr. Pham Anh (53 years old, Quang Ngai province), a fisherman on fishing boat QNg 95255 TS, who was admitted to the Truong Sa island infirmary on June 1 after being hit in the head by a basket while fishing at sea. The patient suffered a concussion and a scalp wound on the top of his head. After receiving treatment from the island's military doctors, the patient made a full recovery on April 6.

The island infirmary organized the handover of the patient to the captain of the fishing boat QNg 95255 TS in accordance with prescribed procedures, ensuring safety.
