Military Hospital 175 examines and gives gifts to policy families in Binh Thuan

On June 22, Military Hospital 175 ( Ministry of National Defense ) coordinated with the Military Command of Binh Thuan province and accompanying units to organize a program to examine, provide health consultation, provide medicine, and give gifts to policy families and people, and students in difficult circumstances in My Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district.

At the program, doctors and nurses examined and provided free medicine to more than 300 policy families and people in difficult circumstances in My Thanh commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan. Some patients were assigned ultrasound, X-ray, electrocardiogram... right at the program. Doctors and nurses also advised and guided people on how to prevent certain diseases, methods of maintaining and taking care of their health. In addition, the organizing committee also presented 300 gifts to policy families and people in difficult circumstances. Military Hospital 175 also coordinated to present learning equipment to My Thanh Primary School (worth more than 7 million VND), donated medicine to My Thanh Commune Health Station (worth more than 10 million VND) and gave gifts to 11 policy families and 4 disabled children in My Thanh commune (total value of 11 million VND). On this occasion, Military Hospital 175 provided professional support in orthopedic trauma surgery for cases at the request of Bac Binh Thuan Regional General Hospital.

Free medicine to people.

On the same afternoon, Military Hospital 175 and the Military Command of Binh Thuan province held a preliminary review of the coordination activities for the period of 2022 - 2023 and signed the program of activities for the period of 2024 - 2025. Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Bui Duc Thanh, Deputy Director of Military Hospital 175, praised and acknowledged the results achieved in the coordination work in the past time of the two units. At the same time, he affirmed that the hospital always creates favorable conditions and actively supports the transfer of some necessary techniques to the Infirmary of the Provincial Military Command, the Military-Civilian Medical Center of Phu Quy district, and the General Hospital of Bac Binh Thuan region according to the requirements and practical situation. Medical staff of the two units need to continue to increase exchange activities, learn from experiences, and improve professional qualifications to continuously improve the quality of health care for soldiers and people.
