The Provincial General Hospital has deployed many specialized techniques. In particular, in March 2025, the Ministry of Health's Appraisal Team appraised and allowed the hospital to deploy 11 new, specialized techniques related to the following specialties: Trauma Surgery, Artificial Kidney and Functional Examination.

The Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital is a specialized obstetrics and pediatrics hospital of the province, successfully implementing many advanced techniques of the specialty, including techniques such as: Total laparoscopic hysterectomy, neonatal gastric perforation suture, duodenal obstruction, neonatal diaphragmatic hernia, invasive arterial blood pressure measurement, pediatric digestive endoscopy... The hospital has established a Reproductive Support Center and has been assessed as qualified to implement in vitro fertilization techniques.
