(Dan Tri) - Visiting a restaurant in Macau (China) specializing in Hanoi cuisine, former British football star David Beckham enjoyed eating pho and fried spring rolls.
Recently, during his trip to Macau (China), David Beckham had the opportunity to visit a restaurant serving Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant's official page shared a photo of the former English player dining. The restaurant representative said, "We are very honored to welcome Beckham on this trip and hope to see him again next time."

Meanwhile, the world football star also posted photos of the dishes on his personal page, expressing his delight. With two dishes, Hanoi pho and fried spring rolls, Beckham shared "Just what I needed". It is known that the restaurant where he stopped is located in a shopping mall, located on Taipa Street. Outside the restaurant, there are many colorful lanterns hanging. While the architectural style inside has a decoration reminiscent of Hanoi.

The restaurant's menu is quite diverse, such as rare beef pho with beef balls; Hue beef noodle soup, grilled pork noodle soup, grilled spring rolls... The restaurant's way of preparing dishes tends to follow the sweet taste of Southern cuisine. In addition, the restaurant also serves many famous drinks such as Hanoi egg coffee, coconut coffee and green rice coffee.

Previously, during his visit to Vietnam in 2004, Beckham had the opportunity to dine at a high-class restaurant on Ba Trieu Street in Hanoi. Here, the former English player was treated to a feast of traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Hanoi fried spring rolls, snail sausage wrapped in betel leaves, green rice sausage, chicken fried rice with lotus seeds, stir-fried chayote shoots with garlic, and steamed grouper with Hanoi draft beer. To close the feast, Beckham enjoyed a dessert called "Jackfruit Pudding". According to the restaurant's chef, jackfruit is a familiar fruit found in many Vietnamese villages, so diners can feel this when enjoying the dish.
