In addition, Spico chili products are available on major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Tiki, OneOne... and social networking sites as well as at some supermarkets and food stores in Thanh Hoa, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City. On average, each month, the company sells from 4,000 to 6,000 products, with revenue reaching 150-200 million VND/month.

Similarly, thanks to meticulousness in production and sensitivity in accessing digital platforms, the products of Quang Anh Oriental Medicine Company Limited in Quang Khe Commune (Quang Xuong) have gained a certain position in the market. Up to now, the company has expanded its market share through many different digital platforms such as lazada, tiktok shop, shopee... Thanks to that, revenue from online platforms accounts for more than 35% of the total revenue of the company. Company Director, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh shared: “As a company that produces products from oriental medicine, I used to think that I should only focus on improving product quality and there was no need to advertise on digital platforms. However, since my products achieved 3-star OCOP in 2020, the brand has become more widely known. Consumer demand is increasing, so building a separate website and setting up a Facebook fanpage is a long-term solution to help customers access our products more easily; at the same time, the company also has a large number of customers across the country. KTS is considered a "launching pad" to help the company develop more dramatically in both customer base and revenue."

In addition, KTS also helps businesses significantly reduce start-up costs. Cloud computing services, SaaS software and online marketing tools have helped businesses manage work more effectively, thereby saving both time and human resources. In addition, businesses can use digital technologies such as AI to analyze data, improve customer service, optimize business operations...
