Closing Ceremony of the Folk Arts Festival

On the evening of March 25th, at the Provincial Conference and Exhibition Center, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the closing ceremony and awards presentation for the 2025 Quang Ngai Provincial Amateur Arts Festival. Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Mr. Bui Duc Tho, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, attended and presented the awards.

At the end of the festival, the organizing committee awarded 15 A prizes, 11 B prizes, and 9 C prizes to the participating performances.

The 2025 Quang Ngai Provincial Folk Arts Festival took place over two days (March 24-25), with the participation of 9 units and nearly 300 performers from various localities, including Son Tinh, Son Ha, Tu Nghia, Minh Long, Quang Ngai City, Mo Duc, Ba To, Binh Son, and Tra Bong.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan and Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Huynh Thi Suong presented the A prize to the performances participating in the festival.

The participating units presented 35 outstanding performances at the festival, meticulously staged to showcase the unique cultural identity of each locality. The content of the performances closely adhered to themes praising the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the revolutionary traditions of the homeland, and the beautiful life in the mountainous region of Ấn and Trà River today. At the same time, they affirmed the great achievements that the Party committees, military, and people of the localities in the province have attained throughout the 50 years of construction and development since liberation; and expressed the aspirations of the homeland and country to rise in the new era.

The festival has become a cultural celebration; a special occasion for singers and actors to interact, learn, exchange experiences, and ignite a passion for culture and art; further strengthening the spirit of solidarity among the people of different ethnic groups in the province. From there, it contributes to promoting the development of cultural and artistic movements at the grassroots level; fostering creativity and innovation, and better serving the local people.
