After 2 exciting days with diverse and unique cultural activities, the 2024 Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market ended on the evening of March 24 with the Closing and Award Ceremony in Quan Hoa district.

The 2024 Folk Arts Festival - Highland Market was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the People's Committee of Quan Hoa district and opened on the evening of March 23, with the participation of about 300 actors and artisans from 10 mountainous districts of the province. The festival program included competitions: folk art performances, traditional costume performances, Highland Market space and traditional culinary culture... attracting a large number of people and tourists to watch and cheer.
Attending the closing ceremony and awarding ceremony of the festival were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Quan Hoa district, along with many local people and tourists from all over.
According to the organizers, the folk art performances at this festival are quite rich, diverse and rich in identity, elaborately staged, with content close to the lives of ethnic minorities in the highlands, praising the spirit of labor, love of life, and love between couples.

The colorful sounds and images, from the panpipes and mouth harps of the Mong people; the love songs, the xoe and khap dances of the Thai people, the xuong of the Muong people, the bowl dance and bell dance of the Dao people; to the brocade costumes... have created a colorful folk cultural festival in Quan Hoa district.
