Closing Ceremony of the Receptionist Skills Competition in Tourist Accommodation Establishments in 3 Provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh

Attending the closing ceremony were representatives of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa and Ha Tinh provinces.

On the side of Nghe An province, there were leaders of the Department of Tourism; representatives of departments, branches, sectors and provincial units.

The contest is hosted by Nghe An Department of Tourism, in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa and Ha Tinh provinces. The contest gathers 28 contestants from accommodation establishments in the 3 provinces.

Contestants participating in the contest went through 3 rounds: Appearance performance, communication, self-introduction and introduction of tourist accommodation products; drawing lots to answer questions through solving situations at the reception desk and talent competition.

According to the Organizing Committee, most of the contestants have solid professional skills, are passionate and love the receptionist profession. Through the competition, the contestants introduced the characteristics and products of the tourist accommodation facility; resolved situations that arose during the work process. At the same time, the contestants also affirmed their talent and passion for cultural and artistic activities.

The contest is a useful playground for contestants to exchange and learn experiences, an opportunity to promote the image of tourist accommodation facilities, contributing to spreading the beauty of the homeland...

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 4 C prizes and 8 Encouragement prizes to outstanding contestants.
