The 2025 "Skilled Civil Affairs" competition for the entire military in the Southern region took place from April 3 to 4, with the participation of 16 teams from agencies and units under the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, with 320 members.

The participating teams all prepared carefully and seriously; invested in building a thorough script and elaborate staging. The members of the competing teams made great efforts, overcame difficulties, solved professional tasks, and actively practiced, taking advantage of their days off and breaks to practice the content of the competition with the highest confidence, courage and determination. The Organizing Committee and the Jury have promoted their responsible roles well, worked actively, impartially and objectively to accurately evaluate the results of the competition; advised, proposed and handled promptly and appropriately arising situations to ensure the successful completion of the competition plan.

For the content of writing elective topics on mass mobilization work, most of them are beautifully presented, properly presented; have elaborate research, tight and scientific layout. Many topics present typical models, good practices that are very specific, clear, vivid, with appropriate illustrations; draw valuable experiences and lessons and propose very practical issues. The content introduces the unit and the stationed area in the form of dramatization, the teams perform very vividly, creatively, richly, smoothly and harmoniously combining the content with the art form of expression, rich in Vietnamese cultural identity, such as: Singing Bai Choi, folk songs of Inter-zone 5, Cai Luong singing, Hue singing, Cheo singing, Van singing...

In handling situations of mass mobilization work, the contestants correctly assessed and made judgments about the situation; on that basis, they proposed appropriate handling steps, in accordance with principles, regulations, procedures, and methods suitable for mass mobilization work at the grassroots level, applied closely to reality, and answered very confidently and creatively. In the part of introducing typical models, good, practical, and effective practices in the form of dramatization, most of the contestants developed them into skits, short plays, or applied diverse and rich methods of comprehensive propaganda, elaborately staged, and conveyed the content and implementation methods; thereby affirming the practicality, effectiveness, and vitality of good models and good practices in practice.

The 2025 Military-level "Skilled Mass Mobilization" Competition in the Southern region was a great success. With the results and knowledge and experience gained at the competition, the emulation movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" and the building of "Good Mass Mobilization Units" will be raised to a new level, continuing to affirm that the Army's mass mobilization work is a bright spot in the Party's mass mobilization work.
