On the afternoon of April 4, continuing the working program, the 31st Conference of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Executive Committee (expanded) synthesized and explained discussion opinions and closed the conference.

Previously, the delegates divided into 3 discussion groups and contributed 24 comments on important contents. Most delegates agreed and highly appreciated the results achieved in the reports and documents presented at the conference, and at the same time suggested that some contents should be supplemented and specified, such as: Regarding the tasks in the second quarter of 2025, it is necessary to supplement the content of coordinating the organization of large-scale cultural events in the locality; strengthen direction, grasp the thoughts, aspirations of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees affected by the end of district-level activities and the merger of commune-level administrative units; it is necessary to calculate and clearly identify resources and a specific implementation roadmap to achieve the growth target of 8% or more in accordance with the actual situation, especially in the period of organizing and reorganizing administrative units at all levels.

The delegates also proposed to continue to resolutely and effectively implement tasks and solutions to increase budget revenue; accelerate the allocation of capital to implement national target programs, especially the new rural construction program; establish a working group to resolve difficulties and obstacles in implementing professional tasks and handling administrative procedures after restructuring the apparatus; improve the effectiveness of investment promotion work; continue to effectively implement the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province; strengthen national defense and security, ensure security, social order and safety, etc.

At the conference, leaders of relevant departments, agencies and sectors directly discussed and clarified issues related to the work of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system in the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW; poverty reduction, eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; adjusting district-level land use planning and plans; attracting and calling for investment, solutions for socio-economic development, ensuring the economic growth target of 8% or more...

Concluding the conference, Party Central Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized that in the coming time, the international and domestic situation is forecasted to have advantages, opportunities, difficulties and challenges intertwined. Therefore, the entire political system must focus on promoting existing potentials and advantages, taking advantage of the attention of the Central Government, the support of the business community and the people, making efforts and determination to overcome difficulties and challenges, and best complete the assigned tasks.

All levels, sectors and localities need to continue to seriously, promptly and effectively implement Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee; the Conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Central Committee's documents on innovation and reorganization of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently; it is necessary to do a good job of propaganda, mobilization, ideological orientation and public opinion, ensuring national solidarity, creating high consensus and unity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people of all walks of life in organizing and implementing the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units.
