Closing Ceremony of the 23rd Training Course for Senior Specialists and Equivalents

On the afternoon of October 25, the Provincial Political School coordinated with the Department of Home Affairs to organize the closing ceremony of the 23rd training course for senior specialist and equivalent positions.

In August 2023, the 23rd training course for specialists and equivalent positions opened with 54 students, including 32 students who are officials and civil servants at the Department level and 22 students who are working in districts and cities. To date, the class has completed the entire program and study plan.

The curriculum of the class according to the regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs consists of 3 parts: General knowledge with 12 topics and 3 topics for reporting; Skills with 8 topics and 3 topics for reporting; Field trips, tests, essay writing.

During the learning process, students are taught by a team of lecturers who are comrades in the Board of Directors, heads and deputy heads of departments, masters of law and administrative science with experience in teaching and guest lecturers who are leaders of departments and branches, with practical knowledge and experience in imparting knowledge. Teaching and learning facilities and textbooks are provided fully and promptly.

During the course, students took 2 multiple-choice tests and wrote a final situational essay. Results of 108 tests: 78 students were excellent, 26 were good, and 4 were average. At the end of the course: 14 students were excellent, 39 were good, and 1 student was average.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Political School praised and highly appreciated the efforts and hard work of all students in the class in studying and training. At the same time, they hoped that with the theoretical knowledge and new skills equipped during the course, the students would apply them in practice, contributing positively to the successful implementation of the political tasks of each agency, unit and locality where they work.

At the end of the course, 100% were recognized as graduates and were awarded Certificates of training for senior specialists; 5 students achieved high achievements in studying, training and contributed to the common activities of the class, were honored by the collective and received certificates of merit from the Principal of the Provincial Political School.
