Closing ceremony of the training course to update knowledge and skills for department-level managers and equivalent in 2024

On October 18, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee held a closing ceremony for a training course to update knowledge and skills for leaders and managers at the department level and equivalent according to Regulation No. 145-QD/TW of the Politburo.

During the two days of training (October 17 and 18), the trainees attending the training course were taught two topics: "Urban planning management and issues arising in the management of millennium heritage cities"; "Developing cultural industries based on competitive advantages associated with building heritage cities, promoting creative startups".

These are important topics, closely following reality, focusing on issues facing the province's development, especially opportunities and challenges in heritage management and cultural industry development.

In his closing speech at the training course, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee sincerely thanked the lecturers for their dedication and responsibility in imparting knowledge and skills; highly appreciated the students' active learning spirit, contributing to the success of the training course.

At the same time, we believe that the trainees will soon apply the knowledge and skills that have been trained and updated to serve agencies, units and localities more effectively, thereby contributing to the whole province in realizing the goal of striving by 2035 to turn Ninh Binh into a centrally-run city with the characteristics of a millennium heritage urban area and a creative city.
