The incident occurred at around 9:50 a.m. on April 22 at Ta Hine Kindergarten, Ta Hine commune, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong province.
According to initial information, at that time, baby L was participating in outdoor activities with his friends when the swing fell on him. Upon discovering the incident, the teacher in charge of the class took baby L to the Ta Hine Commune Health Station for emergency treatment. However, due to severe injuries, baby L later died.
Upon receiving the news, leaders of Duc Trong District People's Committee along with representatives of organizations visited, encouraged and supported the family in taking care of baby L's funeral.
The incident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
