BCG Land Joint Stock Company (BCG Land, stock code: BCR), a member of Bamboo Capital Group, and Keppel Shopping Center Management Company Limited (Keppel), a member of Keppel, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in the retail sector.

On December 9, 2024, at Keppel's headquarters in Saigon Center Building, 67 Le Loi Avenue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, representatives of BCG Land and Keppel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate in the retail sector at residential real estate projects that BCG Land is developing. Specifically, this portfolio includes three residential and commercial real estate projects in Ho Chi Minh City with a total area of ​​up to 15 hectares.

Keppel will play a key role in the partnership by providing retail consultancy and management expertise, ensuring the retail operations meet international standards and deliver a unique shopping experience. The strategic alliance underscores the shared vision of enhancing urban living by integrating vibrant commercial hubs with premium residential environments.

This agreement marks an important milestone in the development and exploitation of commercial blocks in modern and luxurious apartment and commercial center complex projects in the center of Ho Chi Minh City that BCG Land is developing.

During the first working session, the two sides agreed that the King Crown Infinity project would be a priority to determine coordination and cooperation frameworks to match the implementation progress that BCG Land is implementing.

King Crown Infinity is the first high-end apartment and commercial center complex project of BCG Land, located in a prime location on Vo Van Ngan Street, the center of Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. With a scale of 12,600 m2, the project includes two towers named Apollo and Artemis with 30 floors above ground and 5 basements, providing 724 luxury apartments and a podium block of high-end commercial centers. The project is currently in the final stage of constructing the 4th floor beams and walls and is scheduled to hand over the entire project in 2026.
