The subjects were arrested for the act of forging a series of "Certificates of product conformity" for construction equipment, affecting the safety of life and health of workers and users.

This is an extremely reckless act by inspectors and leaders of the Technical Safety Inspection Center of Region II, which can directly affect the safety of people's lives.

The investigation agency searched the workplace at the Technical Safety Inspection Center of Region II.

Initial investigation results show that the subjects issued fake certificates of conformity to standards for construction machinery in construction and traffic works (construction elevators, cranes, conveyor belts, construction motorbikes, etc.) that did not meet technical standards and were purchased by companies and contractors from unknown sources on the market, then affixed with stamps to be able to legitimize construction capacity and participate in bidding for traffic infrastructure construction projects.

More dangerously, these subjects also recklessly issued "fake" certificates of conformity for elevators and lifting equipment of high-rise apartment buildings serving the people.

The above action is extremely dangerous, directly affecting the lives and health of workers, users of machinery and equipment, and the public.

Currently, the Phu Tho Provincial Police Investigation Agency is continuing to investigate and expand the case.
