Previously, on April 10, 2025, Quang An Commune Police received a report from a local resident about a thief stealing a Yamaha Sirius motorbike in front of his house.

Upon receiving the news, the Commune Police quickly arrived at the scene to deploy professional measures to investigate and clarify the incident.

By the afternoon of April 11, through professional measures, the Commune Police identified Tran Duc Duong as a suspect, so they invited him to work and used evidence to prove his criminal behavior. Thereby, Tran Duc Duong confessed that on the afternoon of April 10, he walked alone from Quang Thanh Commune to Quang An Commune; when he arrived at a resident's house, he saw that no one was watching his car, so he committed the act of theft.

Currently, the Hue City Police Investigation Agency is continuing to consolidate the case file for handling according to regulations.
