Pham Tien Thanh was the person who blocked the truck on Highway 741 (Tan Phu town, Dong Phu district) and was recorded by a dashcam, causing public outrage.

Previously, a clip appeared on social media recording the scene of a pickup truck driven by Pham Tien Thanh blocking a truck on Highway 741.
After blocking the truck, Thanh got out with an iron rod and pointed it at the truck driver in a threatening manner. Not stopping there, Thanh returned to the truck and took out pepper spray, spraying it at the driver.
The clip, after being posted, has angered the online community. Many people believe that the authorities need to quickly deal with this man's aggressive behavior.
Upon receiving the information, Binh Phuoc Provincial Police, Dong Xoai City Police and Dong Phu District Police immediately took action to handle the case.
At the police station, Pham Tien Thanh admitted his actions were exactly as shown in the posted clip. The incident happened on December 12.
According to the police, Pham Tien Thanh had previously had a criminal record for disturbing public order.
The Investigation Police Agency read the decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and order the temporary detention of Pham Tien Thanh.
A similar incident also occurred in Binh Phuoc 3 days ago, causing public outrage.
Specifically, last night (December 17), the Investigation Police Agency of Dong Xoai City Police (Binh Phuoc) issued a decision to temporarily detain Bui Van Hoang Anh (35 years old, residing in Binh Duong province) to investigate the acts of disturbing public order and intentionally causing injury.
Bui Van Hoang Anh assaulted Mr. NVC (39 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City), a truck driver on Highway 741.
Images from the dashcam show that at the intersection stopped at a red light, Hoang Anh got out of the pickup truck and approached the truck driven by driver C. Then, Hoang Anh opened the car door and continuously kicked and punched driver C. in the head and head. Sitting in the passenger seat of driver C. was a woman holding a small child.
Even though the woman tried to stop him and the child cried out in fear, Hoang Anh did not stop and continued to aggressively attack driver C.
By the afternoon of December 17, the police had summoned Bui Van Hoang Anh to the headquarters for questioning. Determining that Bui Van Hoang Anh’s actions showed signs of violating the law, the Dong Xoai City Police Department issued a decision to temporarily detain him for further investigation.
