This group is led by "female monster" Tran Thi Co (33 years old); her accomplices are Le Thi Yen Nhi (30 years old), Luu Cong Truong (32 years old)...

They live in the streets, setting up tents in front of uninhabited houses as their residences, and also as places to organize drug use and trafficking. To deal with the authorities, the subjects use sophisticated tricks such as disguising themselves as scrap collectors; when going to trade drugs, they often bring along small children...

After collecting enough evidence, at 5:00 p.m. on June 28, detectives ambushed and caught Tran Thi Co and Le Thi Yen Nhi red-handed while they were transporting their two children to deliver drugs to addicts. Through the investigation, both admitted to buying drugs to resell for profit.
