Start trying to register online for the 2025 high school graduation exam, candidates should note 6 steps

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, from April 15 to April 18, 12th grade candidates for the 2024-2025 school year will try to register for the high school graduation exam online on the Ministry's Exam Management system.

Note: After this time, the trial registration form will be deleted in preparation for the official registration period.

From April 21 to 5:00 p.m. on April 28, 12th graders and independent students officially register to take the high school graduation exam online.

Here are 6 steps to register for the online exam that candidates need to note:

Step 1: Access the registration link of the Ministry of Education and Training: https://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn.

Step 2: Candidates log in to their account information.

Account information includes: CCCD/ID card/Resident number, login code, then fill in the correct blue confirmation code (case sensitive).

For independent candidates, log in using the National Public Service Portal (white box with blue letters under the Login box), fill in account information or scan the VNeID code on your phone.

Note, independent candidates when registering online with VNeID still have to print the exam form, get confirmation from the ward police of the necessary documents and then submit it to the application receiving point along with documents such as priority points (if any). Therefore, candidates can register directly from the application submission stage if they do not want to register online.

Step 3: Change login code

After logging in, the login code change screen will be displayed.

Candidates change their login code (change password).

The password must be strong: at least 8 characters, including numbers, special characters, uppercase characters, and lowercase characters.

Step 4: Enter information on the online exam registration form.

After successfully changing the login code, the online registration form entry screen appears. Candidates enter the information on the registration form. Candidates fill in the correct information on their birth certificate and citizen identification card.

Step 5: Save the exam registration form.

Step 6: Print the exam registration form.

Candidates log in to their account and select the following operations: Registration form; Registration form details; Print registration form.

When registering for the exam, the Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates must carefully read the items and instructions. If there are any unclear points, they must ask the exam registration officer for full instructions. Candidates must take full responsibility for the information declared in the registration form.

Candidates who are students in grade 12 must fill out their online registration information using the account provided on the exam management software system. Candidates must keep their information confidential and change their password as soon as it is provided. After changing the password, they must save it. If you forget your account and password, please contact us to have it reissued.

In addition, the candidate's photo on the system must have a minimum resolution of 400x600 pixels, be taken in ID style and no more than 6 months before the application submission date.

During the process of registering for exams, preliminary registration, and university and college admissions, candidates must use a unified type of identification document: ID card/citizen identification card/personal identification/passport number.

During the registration period, candidates wishing to apply for university or college admission must declare on the software complete and correct information with evidence to enjoy priority in admission according to regulations.
